Not standard HDR. HDR blends several exposures into one evenly lit, bright-everywhere image. Editorial keeps real light, shadow and depth, so the photos look like the home, only better. Every editorial package also includes 25 regular HDR photos for the rest of your gallery.
Every property has a story, and we find it before the camera comes out. We walk the home, pick the three or four moments that set it apart, and plan every shot around them.
On site we shoot for movement and light, so each clip has a reason to exist. In the edit, we cut to rhythm and sound, because a reel only works if people watch it to the end.
The result is content that holds attention, reads as premium, and gives buyers a reason to reach out.

Send a request on the booking page. We confirm your date and time window by email within 24 hours, then you hold the date with a secure Square payment link.
Once we confirm your date, a 25% deposit holds it, and the balance is due at delivery. The 3 Property Reel Pack, and any reel enhancements on it, is paid in full upfront.
It’s free up to 24 hours before your shoot. Inside 24 hours, your deposit is kept as a late-change fee. If you paid for a pack in full, anything unused is credited toward your rebooked date. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next month begins.
Yes. Rush delivery is available as an add-on for editorial photography. Reels are delivered in 5 days, and cinematic films in 7.
Each package includes your editorial photographs (30 to 40+, depending on the size of the home), 8-11 aerial photos and 25 regular HDR photos for the rest of your gallery. Editorial keeps real light and depth, while HDR is bright and evenly lit, so together they cover the whole listing.
Our most detailed version of a reel or film, made for $5M+ listings. We spend more time on site for extra setups, build a fully custom edit with bespoke color and sound, and include two rounds of revisions. It also includes Day to night, Virtual staging & AI scenes and Lifestyle locations, so you don’t add those separately. It adds 2 days to delivery and can be added to any property reel or film when you book.
Yes. Virtual staging furnishes empty rooms, and AI scenes add moments a camera can’t capture, like a finished pool or a fire in the hearth. For new construction, we can cut in your builder’s renderings and bring them to life with motion, then blend them with real footage of the lot. Renovation concepts, sky and season changes and other AI visuals can be added the same way.
Choose Virtual staging & AI scenes when you book and tell us what you have in mind. Larger rendering work is quoted to the project. We label anything digitally added, so you can disclose it as your MLS requires.
Yes. Agents can appear on camera in property reels and cinematic films, from a quick intro to a full walk-through. Tell us what you have in mind in the booking notes.
Add the lockbox or gate code, and where to find it, in the booking form, or be on site to let us in. If we can’t get in, we wait 15 minutes and then reschedule, and the late-change fee applies.
Most photo shoots take one to two hours, depending on the size of the home. A reel adds roughly one to two hours, and Signature Edit adds more time on site. Twilight and Day to night are a separate visit later in the day, timed to the light.
HDR photography in 24 hours, editorial photography in 1-2 days, reels in 5 days each, and cinematic films in 7 days. Signature Edit adds 2 days. Your estimated delivery date appears in the booking summary.
By a private download link sent to your email: full-resolution photos plus web-size copies, and reels as MP4 files ready to post.
You’re licensed to use them to market the property and your own business, including the MLS, social media, your website and print. They can’t be resold or passed to another photographer. Fere Form may feature the work in its portfolio unless you ask us to keep the listing private, and the booking form has an off-market option for that.
Reels and films include one round of revisions, and Signature Edit includes two. If anything on your photos doesn’t look right, tell us within 7 days and we’ll fix it.
Reels are edited with music chosen for organic posting on Instagram and TikTok. If you plan to run a reel as a paid ad, tell us when you book and we’ll use licensed audio.
Exteriors and aerial need decent weather. If it’s raining or unsafe to fly, we reschedule at no charge. Twilight and Day to night depend on clear skies too, so we’d move to the next good evening.
Aerial depends on FAA rules and local airspace. Parts of Tampa Bay near Tampa International, MacDill and other airports need authorization, and some spots can’t be flown. If we can’t fly your property, we’ll tell you before the shoot and remove the aerial fee.

Across Tampa Bay: Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties, with no travel fee. Outside that area, including Manatee, Polk, Hernando and Sarasota, we’re glad to travel, and any travel fee is confirmed before your date.
Yes. When an agent you refer books their first shoot, you each get $50 off your next one. Have them add your name in the booking form.
